Small Business Law News

Small Business: A designation for certain statutory purposes referring to a firm,
corporation or establishment having a small number of employees, low volume of sales, small amount
of assets or limited impact on the market.
So could that deffinition be a little more ambigious? Iin my research a "Small
Business" could range from 20 to 500 employees, and have anual sales from $100K to $1MM. That
leaves a lot of room for ambugiety. Nevertheless having a "Small Business" classification can make
you elegible for certain Federal and State tax breaks and subsdies that you may not other wise have
access to. DSLG has provided you with the following news articles relating to the small (how ever
you may define it) business owner so that you can stay curent with the Small Biz Tax Code Changes
and Government Subsidies you deserve!
